The councillorship candidate for Kpata ward , Bassa LGA of Kogi State under the platform of the All Progressive Congress Yunusa Yusuf Danjuma, has commended the State Governor Alhaji Yahaya Bello for given approval for distribution of palliative to the vulnerable populace across the state.
Hon. Danjuma who gave the commendation in Lokoja on Friday while interacting with Journalists in Lokoja , said the items would go a long way in alleviating the plight of citizens particularly the rural dwellers who had severally applauded Governor Bello for the gesture.
“We want to particularly applaud the Senior Special Assistant on Security (SSA) in charge of Bassa Local Government Area, Honourable Muhammad Muktar Shuaibu for ensuring fairness and equity in the distribution of the materials.
“The transparent manner with which the relief materials were distributed in Bassa L.G.A. through the able supervision of the S.S.A. Security was uncommon.
“We equally use this opportunity to appreciate all the stakeholders within and outside the council for the wonderful and fruitful roles they played during the APC Local Council Primaries.
“Your foresight and unity of purpose is highly commendable and would go a long way in strengthening our Party and entrenching unity among members and our teeming supporters” he said
