The Chairman of Lokoja Local Government Council Hon. Muhammed Danasabe Muhammed passed away at the early hours of today, Friday at Shifa Hospital Lokoja, after a brief illness.
According to family source, the deceased will be buried at the Unguwan Kura Muslim cemetery after the Juma’at prayer.
He’s survived by his mother, wife and children.
Hon. Muhammad was one of the dependable allies of Governor Yahaya Bello. He was until his death a strong member and Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress APC in Kogi State.
He was elected as Chairman of Lokoja Local Government Council on the 12th of December 2020.
