The father of Senator Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso is dead.
Alhaji Musa Sale Kwankwaso died in the early hours of Friday, 25, December 2020. Until his death, he was the Makaman Karaye, a position which he got eleven months ago.
Before his appointment as Makaman Karaye in January 2020, late Alhaji Sale Kwankwaso was the Majidadin Karaye.
His elevation to Makama by the Emir of Karaye, Alhaji (Dr.) Ibrahim Abubakar II made him to become a kingmaker in the Karaye Emirate council.
Before the creation of Karaye Emirate council by the Governor of Kano State in 2019, late Alhaji Musa Sale Kwankwaso was the district head of Madobi local government, under the single Kano Emirate Council, but the creation of the four additional Emirates in the State, made his authority to fall under Karaye Emirate council.
According to reports, his burial will take place in the afternoon after Jumma’t prayer at Bompai Kano. He left behind two wives and many children, among his children is Senator Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso. Kwankwaso is a former Governor, Minister, and Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
