Four suspected kidnapper,armed robbers arrested in Kogi.

Kogi State Police Command has arrested four suspected kidnappers and armed robbers terrorizing the state.
The Police Public Relations spoke man, DSP William Ayah in a statement issued on Thursday said following a credible intelligence that, suspected kidnappers/armed robbers who have been terrorizing Bassa Local Government and it’s environs.
He noted that they were sighted in a compound at new Jarusalem Oguma area in Bassa, Operatives of the Nigeria Police Force attached to Bassa Division led by the DPO promptly swung into action, stormed the compound and arrested them.
The suspects were Guda Dangana, Dogo Chure, Dekina Zhiya and Samson Nyizo all from Bassa Local Government.
Items recovered from them includes, one locally made Pistol, one 7.62mm ammunition, one cartridge, one G3 ammunition and two human skulls respectively
According to him, all the suspects made useful confession on series of criminal activities within Bassa axis. Suspects will arraigned in court on completion of investigation.
The Commissioner of Police CP Idrisu Dauda Dabban while commending the prompt response of the officers, assures members of the public that, Kogi State Police Command in collaboration with other security agencies in the State will not rest in it’s Oars on the continue onslaught against criminal elements in the State and to ensure that, Kogi State remains the safest the State in Nigeria.
