The Kogi State Commissioner for Information and Communications, Hon. Kingsley Femi Fanwo has congratulated the trio of Hon. Ademola Bello, Hon. Dare Joshua and Hon. Tosin Olokun on their appointments as Caretaker Chairmen for Mopamuro, Yagba East and Yagba West Local Government Councils respectively, saying the people have confidence in their capacities.
In a press statement released by Fanwo shortly after the appointment was announced by Governor Yahaya Bello, Fanwo urged the people of the three Local Government Areas to rally round the Caretaker Chairmen for excellent service delivery to the people.
“The people of Yagba are looking up to you for economic prosperity, social development and security of lives and property. You cannot afford to fail them.
“Your appointments are precipitated upon your track record and capacity to impact lives at the grassroots. It is incumbent on you to make life meaningful at that level.
“The New Direction Administration of Alhaji Yahaya Bello is known for economic expansion and human capacity development. It is also known for its security architecture and all of these must be replicated at the grassroots.
“I have no doubt that you will deliver. We will support you to bring development to our people”.
Fanwo said the political leadership of Yagba must rally support for the Caretaker Chairmen to bring prosperity and security to the land, thanking the Governor for appointing the right persons to lead the Local Government Councils.
