Fake NYSC member arrested in Adamawa, forged Pla Poly certificate,fake ID card, others –

The Operatives of the Adamawa Police Command attached to the State Intelligence Bureau, while on an intensive surveillance patrol to ensure safety and security in NYSC Orientation Camp in Girei Local Government Area, apprehended one, Dada Gbeniga Ayomilekan, who was parading himself as Corp Member with forged certificates.
The suspect according to a press release by the command’s public relations officer signed by DSP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje,ANIPR said the suspect is a resident of Hokolul street, Oyun tipper garage, Ilorin, Kwara state.
The statement further said Dada claimed to have graduated from Plateau State Polytechnic with lower credit grade and was sent to NYSC orientation camp and arrested on the 6th September, 2021.
The commissioner of police Aliyu Adamu Alhaji, ps who talked tough on the impersonators; however, directed State intelligent Bureau (SIB), CP’s Monitoring unit , Public Complain Bureau (PCB) to go after people of such questionable characters and checkmate the criminal activities in the Camp
The CP further directed that the matter be discreetly investigated and called on members of the public around the NYSC Camp not to hesitate in reporting men of suspicious conduct in and around the Camp to police officers or via these GSM numbers

In the same vein, while matching words with actions, the police boss directed the Deputy Commissioner of Police ( CID) to immediately prosecute the suspect and anyone found committing similar offence.
