Appeal Court Ruling: Kogi PDP Describes Judgment As Charade, Injustice, Trampling On Peoples Will

Kogi State Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party ( PDP) , Engr Sam Uhotu has described the judgement that nullified the election of Senator as a charade and injustice of the highest order.
Engr Uhotu in a statement described the ruling as a trampling on the will of the people, assured that the peoples voice would however prevail.
According to him, ” How can the wish of the electorate of over hundred thousand people be nullified because of an error committed by an INEC electoral officer. This is a sad moment and dark day for Nigeria’s democracy and the judiciary.
The Chairman however appeal to party members to remain calm because the peoples mandate will be restored back through the ballot again,insisting that light would triumph over darkness.
