A General With Full Troops: The Wicked Conspiracy Against Tinubu And Its Nullity By Osigwe Omo-Ikirodah
Even The Most Beautiful One is never perfect-Old African Proverb.
“Perfection” does not exist—we made it up. “Perfection” does not naturally occur in reality because we define it as infinitely better than all else.
Today almost every setback the country is experiencing is a result of failed leadership and hypocritical followership.
Saying Nigeria is sitting on a hot seat ready to explode at any time is an understatement, that Nigeria is even working at all calls for thanksgiving.
The last 2 years have seen concerted efforts by the opposition in labelling Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as a failed leader who is greedy and has mortgaged his constituency because of his selfish interest.
All manners of shades are constantly thrown at the Jagaban all In a bid to demarket Tinubu ahead of the 2023 Presidential elections. These series of mischievous smear campaigns are designed to portray the APC national leader in bad light before the electorates.
Of course, to peddle lies is human, and has been practised throughout the ages. But today the truth happens to be the first casualty of this evil machinery designed to keep the Nation redundant.
Who is afraid of Bola Ahmed Tinubu? Why so much hate spewed around?
Tinubu has been out of political power since 2007 and yet his name still reigns on the lips of detractors and political jobbers.
The consistently applied in demeaning the Jagaban is quite alarming, only if such energy could be routed in seeking solutions to the myriads of problems tormenting the Nation.
According to defamers, Tinubu was responsible for the Lekki Toll Gate Brouhaha. As at the last check, Tinubu was never the executive Governor of Lagos State, neither is he a soldier or the minister of defence and definitely not the commander in chief of the armed forces.
The controversial Lekki Toll Gate these people keep shouting is even a subject of wild conjecture as to date no forensic report has indicated any death as a result of the faceoff with the army that unfortunate night.
Not done concerted efforts were made to target the business interest of the Jagaban, stories were made up how the son Seyi fled the country and even the Jagaban himself. They depicted the picture of a General fleeing leaving his soldiers behind to suffer defeat at the hands of the MASSES.
The economy’ woes are placed wrongly on the shoulders of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as if he single-handedly FOISTED Buhari on the Nation. The insecurity ravishing the Nation is blamed on the Jagaban.
Definitely, their gullible and hypocritical followers have bought the fairytale hook, line, and sinker.
“Those who find enjoyment in pointing out flaws in others are the ones who are unwilling to acknowledge their own shortcomings”― Christine Szymanski.
Now come to think of it, who and who is their preferred candidate for the 2023 presidency that has a cleaner slate than Tinubu when they were in the position of authority?
Tinubu they keep shouting and accusing of dipping hands in the National Treasury served as Lagos State Governor from 1999- 2007, the better part of his second term Tinubu was denied Federal Allocation because of his agitation for restructuring of the country and yet he continued his infrastructural drive in Lagos State while still paying salaries and pensions, where was the opportunity to dip hands into the treasury?
Like the saying goes ” you can not give what you do not have” na so e still b say you no” FIT STEAL WETIN NO DEY AVAILABLE”.
If any state governor is denied allocation today for 6 months there is a high probability that the Governor may likely resign after uncontrollable wailings.
Tinubu is not perfect and can never attain perfection but a careful study of the legacies and ideologies of Tinubu clearly shows Tinubu remains a National Leader.
A General with full troops, Tinubu would always remain a rallying point for progressives in the country whether he throws his hat in the ring or not.
Tinubu is not perfect but yet he posses this undeniable passion for Nigeria. He is a consummate democrat and a progressive.
Tinubu is a hunter for talents and a leader keen on nurturing young people for leadership.
Leadership is solving problems. The day soldiers stop bringing you their problems is the day you have stopped leading them. They have either lost confidence that you can help or concluded you do not care. Either case is a failure of leadership.-Colin Powell.
The Jagaban has not said he intends to govern Nigeria but yet the call for his entrance his deafening.
The wicked conspiracy on Tinubu would come to a nullity as his leadership style is what is needed at this critical time, Big Vision For Nigeria, Originality in Governance, Leadership with purpose, Assurance to deliver, All inclusiveness, Honesty and Truthfulness, Equal opportunities, Transparency and Fairness, Innovation that Inspires, National Interest, a Bequeathing Legacy and an Unwavering Administration.
The reality is that nothing is able to attain “perfection,” but everything can be utterly amazing, beautiful, and awesome.
Anyway, if the he-GOAT decides to grow long beards like its owner it can o, but on the MARKET day we shall know who is the real owner of the goat.
Tinubu’s mandate remains unshaken. A general with full troops.
