A group known as the Public Office Holder Association of Nigeria (POHAN) has congratulated the new substantive Head of Service (HOS) of the Federation, Dr Folashade Yemi-Esan, who was recently sworn-in by President Muhammadu Buhari.
A congratulatory statement signed by the National President of POHAN, Bashorun Deola Eseyin, felicitated with the new HOS, saying her appointment and confirmation by President Buhari, was progressive and a worthy nomination.
Eseyin described her as an industrious woman capable of performing excellently in her new assignment as an experience public officer, who has served the nation in different capacity and have over the years delivered.
He stressed that POHAN without any doubt reposed confidence n her that she would be justified in her best ability.
He assured that POHAN being the parent umbrella body for both former and serving public office holders in Nigeria, would work mutually with her to ensure the total reformation of the civil service, for prompt delivery of dividend of democracy to the masses.
He prayed God for divine wisdom for her to effectively deliver on the duty she has been called to serve the nation, while restating the association’s hearty cheers and congratulations to her.
The new Head of Service (HOS), Yemi-Esan, has been a high ranking public officer and a great ambassador of the body until she was appointed as as the acting HOS of the Federation due to the retirement of Dr. Winifred Oyo-Ita, who was appointed in 2015.
Dr Folashade Yemi-Esan was confirmed and sworn-in by President Muhammadu Buhari on . February 28, to function in full capacity.
