The Obaro of Kabba, HRM Oba Solomon Owoniyi Otitoleke Oweyomade 1 has called on the newly elected Kabba Develolment Union (KDU) the need to work together to bring about the realization of the change of Ahmadu Bello University College of Agriculture to a full fledged university in Kabba amongst others.
Obaro Solomon Owoniyi gave this advice during a courtesy visit of the newly inaugurated KDU executive on his palace in Kabba.
The Obaro who stressed the importance of unity that will engender peace, said the union is a leg of the traditional council to ensure the progress of Kabba .
He urged the new executive members to carry everyone along including women ,pointing out that the new executive should not dabble into whatever is not in their jurisdiction.
He congratulated the newly inaugurated Kabba Development Union executive members , advising them to always work with the Obaro in Council for the development and progress of Kabba .
Responding on behalf of his members, the President General, Barr Kabiru Fadile who thanked the Obaro, stressed the need to respect the traditional leaders , pointing out that God put them in place Gadile assured of cooperation with the Obaro of Kabba and other traditional chiefs.
