The Executive Chairman of Kogi State Internal Revenue Service Sule Salihu Enehe has said that the Land Use Charge is not just a levy, it is an investment in better infrastructure, improved public services and a greater future for all Kogi residents
He made this known on Wednesday an the occasion of anveiling the implementation of the Land Use Charge Law, 2024, held at the KGIRS Board Room.
According to him, the event marks a pivotal step in strengthening their revenue bare for sustainable development.
He also mentioned that the ongoing tax reforms is aim to streamline revenue collection, promote transparency, and ensure that all stakeholders contribute their fair share towards the State’s development.
