In a smelly affair at 30,000 feet above, a passenger pooped his pants onboard a Delta Airlines flight. The Christmas Eve unpleasantry left passengers in dismay as there was no way that they could escape the “terrible” stench.

The incident of faeces left smeared all over the seat of Flight DL2162 from Alabama to Atlanta came to the fore after a Reddit user, who was on the same plane, in a viral post spilled the tea.

The post captioned: “pooped in the seat” described the entire incident grossing out netizens and Redditors.

“Well me and my daughter were headed to Key West Christmas Eve and had to take a connecting flight from Birmingham to Atlanta. About 20 minutes into flight I get a terrible smell and ask my daughter if she has pooped (she’s 8). She denies any wrongdoing and the smell lingers for the rest of the flight,” the user wrote.

She described that it was only during deplaning that they saw that a person eight rows in front of them had “shit all on their seat” leaving the bottom and the back of the seat smeared in faeces.

“This person had set in their shit for a good hour and then departed into Atlanta airport covered in shit. Definitely a first for me. Also upon boarding, once the plane was full, they announced that someone had left their dog in the boarding area. One of my more memorable Delta flights,” the user narrated.

Comments poured in as some even identified the flight and said that they were travelling on the same flight and were “gagging from the smell”.
