The wife of the Accountant General of Kogi state Hajia zainab Jibrin has distributed food items, rappers and cash gift to over 5000 women across four communities in Kogi Local Government Area of Kogi State.
While distributing the items during a community outreach across Koton-Karfi, Gegu Beki, Uhana and Edaha communities, Hajia Zainab said it has always been her desire to reach out to the needy and support her fellow women with the little she has.
Her words, “I am appreciative of the kind hearted and generous husband God has blessed me with, he has always been supportive and a pillar to my vision and charity work. May Allah continue to bless him and grant all his desires”.
In a separate response Alhaji Abdulrazak Sani Isah Koto the Ohimeje of Igu kingdom, Alhaji Muhammad Alhassan Abba Chief of Gegu Beki and Alhaji Isa Ohikwo Aliyu Chief of Uhana while receiving the charity team in their palace appreciated Hajia Zainab for her show of love to her fellow woman and Alhaji Jibrin Momoh for his support and permitting his amiable wife to reach out to her fellow women.
The royal fathers admonished all well to do Nigerians to emulate the character and gesture of Hajia zainab saying she is a true daughter that every community is proud of. Prayers were made for the team and the nation at large.
The items were distributed to women who were full of joy as they sang and dance in appreciation.
Mallama Rakiyat Usman mother of 5 and a beneficiary says her joy is unmeasurable as the gesture couldn’t have come in a better time especially with the challenges faced by the naira note redesign as the food, cash gift and rapper will go along way to help her family.
