We must discuss Okun Governor for 2023—–UPN Leader Babaeko

The former Candidate of the Unity Party of Nigeria (UPN) for Kabba/Bunu state constituency during the last general election, Hon Babaeko has called on Okun people to come together and promote a united interest for 2023 during the forthcoming Okun Political Summit.
He made the statement while answering questions about the forthcoming 1st ever Okun Political Summit expected to be held on Saturday 19th October this year.
He said sure the good people of Okun Nation needs a political summit especially at this point in time that we need to speak with one voice and accord to set the agenda straight as there is an urgent need to renegotiate our collective Interest.
“The focus of the summit should be on how Okun can produce the next Governor in 2023 and address Insecurity and Youths unemployment. The Okun people must ensure that the forth coming election is free, fair and credible there is also the need to ensure that there is no violence before, during and after the election .
“The Inter-tribal alliance is not negotiable because collaboration is key to growth and development. such Inter-tribal alliance will promote peace, unity and progress of our dear State.
“My expectation is for the summit to be educative, Interactive and to also be an avenue to provide possible solutions to problems bedeviling us as a people.
